Use of the Services

Eligibility: You must be legally competent to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Account Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Medical Consultations: MediCall facilitates consultations with real, licensed medical practitioners. While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, MediCall is solely a platform provider. The advice provided during consultations is the responsibility of the individual practitioner.

Medical Consultation Disclaimer

No Substitute for In-Person Care: The consultations provided via our Services are for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for in-person medical care. In emergencies, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
Independent Advice: Each medical practitioner on our platform is independent. MediCall does not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of any medical advice provided.
User Discretion: You acknowledge that any health-related decisions you make based on a consultation are your responsibility.

Payment and Billing

Fees: Access to certain features or consultations may require payment. All fees will be clearly communicated before you incur any charges.
Refunds: Payment policies, including refund terms, are outlined during the transaction process. Please review these details carefully.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the MediCall platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MediCall or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediCall, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

Third-Party Services: Any issues related to the performance or quality of the consultations provided by independent medical practitioners.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediCall and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
